Hello. iphones.ru website stopped updating and I cannot fetch new feed. They have RSS - iPhones.ru — всё про Айфоны, смартфоны, нейросети, обзоры, инструкции but it doesn’t work in bazqux.
Perhaps they enabled some blocking. I can only download first ~16kb from my servers and then it stops sending data and timeouts.
You could ask them to whitelist User-Agent BazQux or bots.bazqux.com IPs.
In Russia 16KB block is set to major CDNs like Cloudflare/OVH/Hetzner/Digitalocean, so access to Bazqux itself is not ip blocked, but is heavily throttled as only 16KBs is downloaded, after that connection halts.
Taking into consideration the above mentioned issue, which prevents Russian customers to access Bazqux natively (ip 116.202.167.x), can you serve requests from Russia ASNs not from Hetzner Online GmbH which 116.202.0.0/16 is 16KB blocked in Russia, but from another (whitelisted) cloud provider (as you use several to host bazqux).
