Layout changes hiding icons?

Some layout changes seem to have affected usability recently - I can no longer tag items view later from my phone.

On my iphone 8, I no longer see the edit tag and share icons at the top of each feed item: neither in landscape, nor portrait mode.

On an ipad, I only see these icons in landscape mode.

In desktop firefox, the icons appear as expected.

Please, use right swipe menu for this (swipe from the right to the left anywhere in article to open it). Tag and share icons are now hidden on narrow screens to leave more space for article subjects.
