I know, I know, that’s what the “are you sure?” button is for. But sometimes I think yes anyway because I don’t realize exactly what I have highlighted.
From a programming point of view, I think it should be easy enough to create a backup copy of the current index of read items before updating all of those values to the current values. That way, an undo option would be just a matter of copying that index back, hopefully easily and quickly, to restore your status from beforehand.
